My mother has sold a friend planters wart on foot and tried almost all the treatments in stores. Does anyone know a household remedy or something that really works to remove them?

Tape. I take all my nieces and nephews in this way. Put a new piece at least twice a day until it disappears. It really works.
The only answer is to go and burn it. My daughter has suffered, trying to tape, freezing spray, hard, medical .. not ..
Also make sure you clean your bathroom well (tile) shower in the bathtub, and it is a virus and can spread, and others.
Find a doctor for the best results.
It would really need to go to the doctor. There are roots that are the real boss will be removed.
